Jack Husband, P.E., President

Mr. Husband has more than 13 years of experience and has completed hundreds of structural engineering jobs ranging in size from residential homes to commercial buildings. Mr. Husband has also completed numerous civil engineering jobs with a wide array of design & permitting from FDEP Potable Water, FDOH Well Design, FDEP Sanitary sewer systems including lift station design, FDOT Septic systems, FDEP/NWFWMD Environmental Resource Permits, FDEP/NWFWMD/ACOE Wetlands permitting, FDOT Driveway & Utility Permitting with turn lane Analysis, Subdivision design, Site Planning, Boat Ramp Design, Seawall Design, and Construction Engineering Inspection with contract administration.

Mr. Husband has successfully completed Construction Engineering Inspection jobs for: Calhoun County, Franklin County, Gulf County, Liberty County, Wakulla County, City of Bristol, City of Callaway, City of Wewahitchka

Lance Watson, P.E., Vice President

Mr. Lance Watson, PE, has been a member of SCE's team since February 2012 and has since completed hundreds of design projects including civil, structural, land planning/subdivisions, utility design projects and municipal CEI projects for local governments in Gulf and Franklin County, the City of Bristol, Carrabelle, Parker, Port St. Joe, and Wewahitchka, along with Tyndall AFB. Also, Mr. Watson has designed roadway projects for private entities such as Bay Point Community Association.

Tyler Marsh, P.E., Vice President

Mr. Tyler Marsh, PE, has been a member of SCE's team since December 2013 and has since completed hundreds of design projects including civil, structural, land planning/subdivisions, and utility design projects. In addition to these projects, Mr. Marsh has experience at each level of CEI projects including inspection, project management, and administrative duties. Some notable clients Mr. Marsh has been involved with include Calhoun, Franklin, Gulf, Liberty, and Wakulla Counties, the Cities of Callaway, Carrabelle, Wewahitchka, the Town of Havana and Tyndall AFB.
